The acquisition, finalized on June 25, is detailed in property registration documents reviewed by real estate consultant SquareYards.com.
Khan's new residence, located in the prestigious Bella Vista Apartments, boasts a carpet area of approximately 1,027 square feet. The actor secured the property for Rs 9.75 crore. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
