Mumbai’s elite Pali Hill in Bandra is all set for a high-profile transformation, with Bollywood megastar Aamir Khan’s housing society gearing up for redevelopment. Leading the charge is Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL), in collaboration with Wadhwa Group and Chandak Group, who together form Atmosphere Realty—a joint venture aiming to redefine luxury living in one of Mumbai’s most coveted addresses.
The redevelopment of Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, where Aamir Khan owns around 12 apartments, will make way for an ultra-luxury residential project, expected to launch by December 2025. The actor, along with other existing residents, will receive units in the rehabilitation section of the development.
MICL’s Managing Director, Manan Shah, confirmed that the project is currently in the approval stage. “We, along with our partners, are working on the documentation with the society,” Shah said in a statement to HT.com.
In December 2023, MICL revealed that the redevelopment will be executed through one of its associate entities, in which it holds a 34% stake.
Adding to his impressive property portfolio, Aamir Khan recently acquired another property in Pali Hill, measuring 1,027 sq ft, for a whopping ₹9 crore. The transaction was finalized in June 2025, with the actor paying ₹58.5 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration charges, according to documents accessed by Square Yards.
