The deal, registered on January 21, 2025, was confirmed through property registration documents accessed by SquareYards.
The apartment, which was purchased by Kumar in November 2017 for ₹2.38 crore, has seen a remarkable 78% appreciation in value, reflecting the growing demand for prime properties in the city.
