The total transaction value of Rs 15.42 crore was documented in sales agreements signed on May 5, 2024, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.

The six apartments collectively cover a sprawling area of 4,894 square feet, with an average sale price of Rs 31,498 per square foot. Each unit in this integrated living development, spread across 25 acres, is designed to offer luxurious living amidst the vibrant cityscape of Borivali East.
