Note: There may be a hike in unit costs for PMAY properties in Pahadi Goregaon due to interest capitalization. Prices could rise from Rs 3,344,000 to Rs 3,744,000, although HIG properties will remain unaffected.

How to Apply for the MHADA Lottery 2024

MIG Rs 12 lakh Rs 12 lakh 160 sqm

HIG Above Rs 12 lakh Above Rs 12 lakh 200 sqm

Applicants can apply within their category or one level above. EWS and LIG categories cannot apply to HIG flats.

Required Documents for Registration

Registered Mobile Number: Linked to Aadhar card for OTP and lottery information.
Registered Email ID: For receiving OTP and lottery-related information.
Aadhar Card: Clear images of front and back; spouse’s Aadhar card if married.
PAN Card: Clear image; spouse’s PAN card if married.
Domicile Certificate: Issued within the last 5 years with MahaOnline/MahaIT barcode.
ITR: Acknowledgement receipt for FY2023-24.
Income Proof: Tahsildar or Maha e-Seva Kendra certified Income certificate for FY2023-24.
Caste Certificate: Valid caste certificate if applicable.
Special Categories: Valid certificate for special categories if applicable.
