The project is strategically located near key business districts such as Lower Parel, Worli, and Nariman Point.

Bajpayee's Investment History:

This sale is part of Manoj Bajpayee's broader real estate portfolio. In April 2013, the actor purchased the Mahalaxmi apartment for ₹6.40 crore. The transaction included a stamp duty of ₹32 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

In addition to this residential property, Bajpayee made significant investments in commercial real estate. Last year, he acquired four office units in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for ₹32 crore. These units are located in the Signature Building off Veera Desai Road. The registration for these office spaces was completed on October 4, 2023, with a stamp duty of ₹1.86 crore.

Celebrity Investments in Real Estate:

Manoj Bajpayee's real estate activities align with a growing trend among Bollywood celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, and Ajay Devgn, who have also invested in commercial properties across Mumbai.

The actor’s diversified property portfolio underscores his strategic approach to real estate investments in Mumbai’s ever-growing market.
