Mumbai : Bollywood star Tamannaah Bhatia has made significant real estate moves, renting a commercial property in Mumbai’s prime Juhu area and mortgaging three residential units in Andheri West.
According to property registration documents accessed through real estate data analytics platform Propstack, Bhatia has leased a 6065-sq ft commercial property in Western Wind on Juhu Tara Road from Nanavati Construction. The property, which includes units on the ground floor and basement of the building, has been leased for five years at a monthly rent of ₹18 lakh. The rent is set to increase to ₹20.16 lakh in the fourth year and ₹20.96 lakh in the fifth year. The deal, registered on June 27, 2024, also involved a security deposit of ₹72 lakh.
In another notable transaction, Bhatia has mortgaged three flats located in Lokhandwala Complex on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West to Indian Bank for a sum of ₹7.84 crore. The transaction, registered on June 14, 2024, involved a stamp duty of ₹4.7 lakh. These properties are spread across an area of 2595 sq ft.
Despite attempts to reach out, Bhatia has not responded to HT Digital’s email query regarding these transactions. The story will be updated upon receiving her response.
