2. Rural Prosperity and Resilience Programme

  • Empowering young farmers, women, and landless families.
  • Enhancing financial independence and business opportunities.
  • Modernizing agriculture with better storage and productivity tools.

3. Aatmanirbharta in Pulses

A six-year mission to boost the production of Urad, Tur, and Masoor pulses. Key aspects:

  • Climate-resilient seeds.
  • Higher protein content and improved storage.
  • Assured minimum prices for farmers.

4. Scheme for First-Time Entrepreneurs

A program offering term loans up to Rs.2 crore for five years to 5 lakh women, SC, and ST entrepreneurs, alongside skill development initiatives.

5. Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0

A nutrition-focused program benefiting:

  • 8 crore children.
  • 1 crore lactating mothers and pregnant women.
  • 20 lakh adolescent girls in the northeast and aspirational districts.

6. Bharatiya Bhasha Pustak Scheme

A digital library initiative to provide educational books in Indian languages for school and higher education students.

7. Social Security Scheme for Online Platform Workers

  • Registration and identity cards for gig workers via the e-Shram portal.
  • Healthcare access through PM Jan Arogya Yojana.
  • Benefitting nearly 1 crore gig workers.

8. SWAMIH Fund 2

A Rs. 15,000 crore fund to complete 1 lakh affordable and mid-income housing units, benefiting homebuyers facing delays in possession.

3. Credit Guarantee Fund

  • MSME credit fund increased to Rs.10 crore, generating Rs.1.5 lakh crore credit in five years.
  • Startups fund limit raised from Rs.10 crore to Rs.20 crore.
  • New credit cards for micro-enterprises with Rs.5 lakh limits.

4. Fund of Funds for Startups

  • Rs.10,000 crore Fund of Funds to expand startup investments.

5. Atal Tinkering Labs

  • 50,000 labs to be established in government schools for fostering innovation.

6. PM SVANidhi

  • Loan limit enhancements and UPI-linked credit cards with Rs.30,000 limits.

7. Jal Jeevan Mission

  • Extended until 2028 to provide potable water to all rural households.
  • Focus on infrastructure quality and sustainability.

8. UDAN – Regional Connectivity Scheme

  • Expansion to 120 new destinations, aiming to serve 4 crore passengers in the next decade.

9. PM Gati Shakti

  • Enhanced data access for PPP projects and a National Geospatial Mission for land planning.

10. Tourism Sector Growth Initiatives

  • Skill development in hospitality.
  • MUDRA loans for homestay businesses.
  • Performance-linked incentives for state tourism efforts.

10. PM Research Fellowship

  • 10,000 fellowships for research in IITs and IISc over the next five years.
